In a panoramic hill not far from Assisi, the Residence a farmhouse in self - catering, is, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in the quiet tranquillity of the hills behind Assisi.
Guests in our apartments all have free use of the gazebo for open air dinners or just for relaxing with a book.
Towels, tables and sun chairs are available for guests at the swimming pool from May to September from 7am to 7pm.
Recently refurbished, the apartments are all equipped with kitchenette, oven, fridge, gas stove, air conditioning, independent central heating, satellite TV, Internet socket, direct telephone, DVX, safe, bathroom with hairdryer and either bathtub or shower
The 12 hectare grounds of the residence boast a magnificent pool with views to Perugia and are ideal for quiet walks in nature.
The Falchetto of Assisi has a total of 5 two - room and three - room apartments.

Prices include bed linen (for beds, bathroom and kitchen), water, gas and power. The bed linen is changed in all apartments on a weekly basis. Cleaning is at the end of stay. Air conditioning, safe.
Prices do not include heating or telephone, which should be settled separately from the main bill.
Small pets: free of charge
Cot: € 10 per night; Reductions for children aged under 2: FREE of charge in the same bed as their parents; Extras: Internet Flat rate € 20 per week; Advance payment of 50% is required when booking your stay. Accepted payments and credit cards: BANK TRANSFER – POSTAL PAY - VISA – MASTERCARD
We can arrange guided tours, car rentals, paragliding lessons, hang gliding lessons, museum tickets, theatre tickets, tickets for shows, taxis, restaurants, excursions, tennis, 18 hole tee - time golf at Perugia, riding lessons, rafting and canoein.
